About this Event

Hi I'm Karen. I'm a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and a certified Menopause Coach. Please join me for my first online (via Zoom) meeting to chat all things women's health from peri to post Menopause in the comfort of your own home.

This first meeting is a lovely informal introduction to the changes women's bodies go through in peri to post menopause. The event is virtual and creates a space for women to shed the taboo by learning the basics of the natural transition that we will go through during peri to post menopause. I aim to connect with all participants before the class to check on specific menopause questions and at the end of the session I hope to answer a couple of these. I usually make contact via email, so please do include your email when booking if you have a specific question. (I may not be able to answer all questions depending on the time)

This first meeting will help you to know what the menopause is and how it may be affecting you as an individual and understand and be able to spot the symptoms.

We meet monthly, where the group will be lead by a short presentation/subject/talk then come together to discuss aspects of this life stage.

Meno Maze's Room 34's aim is to create a safe space for women to have discussions, to find support from like minded women, increase awareness of the impact of the menopause on those experiencing it, to truly help women to thrive and to start living the or best lives.

Your host, Karen Browne, is a Menopause coach and fitness professional based in the UK.

Room 34 offers:

- An accessible, respectful and confidential space

- be introduced to an internal network of like-minded individuals for ongoing support be able to take away a checklist of ways to enhance your wellbeing through the menopause

- Know how to make simple adjustments with lifestyle hints and tips.

- Be confident in talking about how you are experiencing the menopause personally

- The chance to join my women's online community for essential emotional and physical wellbeing support plus evidence based research, hints and tips.

(This first session is free but all subsequent meetings will be £10)

By the end of this workshop you will have a better understanding of the changes to our bodies from peri to post menopause and what you can do.

All you need to do is come along, bring a cuppa, pen and paper (just in case you wish to take notes) and leave your worries at the door and make some time for YOU.
