Mending Moth Holes
About this Event
Repair moth-damaged sweaters and knit garments by hand at Boston Building Resources in Roxbury, and pick up the darning skills to keep doing it at home. You'll learn hand-stitching techniques for fixing holes in wool and knitwear, plus how to spot early signs of clothes moth activity and stop it before it spreads. Bring any sweater or knit piece that needs mending, and leave with it repaired and your closet moth-proofed for this winter.
