Mending Monday

Mending Mondays (MM) is a drop-in gathering where we come together to repair, sew, and connect in community. Bring your well-loved items in need of care and work on mending techniques to help bring them back to life.

*MM* are every 2 weeks on Monday evening, from 6-9pm. 

What’s available:

• A studio space with tea, feel free to bring snacks for yourself (or to share!)
• 3 domestic sewing machines
• Needles, thread, scissors, cutting mats, iron
• Advice and support on repairs
• A variety of textile scraps

Supplies are limited, so you’re encouraged to bring your own materials if you have them.

Cost:
MM is by donation only. We don’t receive any funding from the CoV – your donations cover new material costs and help to maintain our sewing machines.

Because space and equipment are limited, we encourage reserving a spot if you can.
