Mending lab is a collaborative experimental project inquiring into mending and repair as metaphors for storytelling, activism, grief, remembering and healing.Mending Lab is led by fiber/textile artist Savneet Talwar.
Savneet is drawn to the power of the needle to repair and mend, but there are many methods of mending. The project welcomes you to bring whatever you wish to mend and repair, with the collective intention to share some part of your process or story. Fabric remnants, needles, scissors and more will be provided. If you need specific tools or materials, please email ahead of time: [email protected]
