Mended Roots a closed support group for women who want to better understand their Codependent patterns and behaviors. Codependent patterns often develop as adaptive responses to early relational experiences, chronic stress and environments where emotions were overlooked. These things can impact boundaries, self-esteem and the ability to maintain balance healthy relationship with self and others. Group Details: Beginning July 29, 2026-September 9, 2026 Every Wednesday| 6pm-8:30pm Closed Group ( same members throughout for safety+connection)

$222 when paid in full or $36/group session
