Join other parents for 2 sessions to reflect on our menopausal journey in a calming and nurturing space. Reflect on your experiences and share your thoughts in a supportive setting on

Friday 29th May & 10th July, 9.30 – 11.30 am at John Scott Health Centre in the ground floor Hall

This is a pilot group, co-produced and delivered with a parent, focusing on the everyday experiences of menopause. This is an opportunity to connect with other parents and to care for ourselves, whilst cultivating calmness and clarity

The session will be facilitated by Dr Su Batuwitage, Psychologist & Demetria Alibert, Parent

The session is designed to create a space to share reflections about menopause and to try out some relaxation practise. Mindfulness with self-compassion will be offered to support wellness.
