Men of Pause: A Community Conversation for Men on Menopause - SAVE THE DATE

Men of Pause is a FREE event where men can gather, learn about menopause, and better understand the midlife changes that affect their partners, families, and loved ones. We'll watch The (M) Factor documentary together and have a guided conversation to encourage open discussion about support, relationships, and men's health, including andropause. Our purpose is to reduce stigma, build understanding, and help men feel more confident supporting those they care about.

The event focuses on men's learning and engagement, but partners and supporters are welcome to attend. Join us for a meaningful, informative, supportive community experience.
