Men & Mental Health Movement

is an Indianapolis based organization created to provide accessible resources to individuals and families in the community.

Our mental health movements happen each month for men, women, and youth (on select summer months).

During our movement sessions, attendees receive free catered breakfast, opportunity to sign up for free therapy session and access to a safe space and community for growth with others.

Come join us for our Men & Mental Health movement session on “The House that Built Me: Exploring Past, Present and Future through Art & Relational Therapy” facilitated by Edward Burns, LMFT and Co-Convener Dr. Dwight Holland at the New Revelation Christian Church for an event focused on breaking the stigma around men's mental health. Let's have open conversations, share experiences, and support one another in a safe space. Together, we can make a difference in our mental well-being.
