The Alzheimer's Association has partnered with the Stoughton Senior Center to host a monthly Caregivers Support Group for any caregivers in the dementia journey, such as Alzheimer's Disease, Vascular Dementia, Frontotemporal Disorders, accident or stroke induced or any other form of memory loss. The group, conducted by trained facilitators, provides a safe, confidential and supportive environment for individuals caring for loved ones living with dementia. Attendees may exchange practical information on challenges and possible solutions, talk through issues and ways of coping and learn about other resources.
The group meets at the Stoughton Area Senior Center every 2nd Thursday from 2:00-3:00 pm. To register, please call the Alzheimer's Association Helpline at 800-272-3900
