MEMORY LANE... ERIK SKOLDBERG & CARLY ALLEN MARTIN ABSTRACT EXHIBITION Globally celebrated abstract artists Erik Skoldberg & Carly Allen Martin come together for a group exhibition here at Bowie House to release their newest collections and share their inspirations! 

Let it go...let go of your ideas of where, when, and why, and dare to let yourself feel. Buckle up and take the long way to gallery at Bowie house for the opening night of “Memory Lane”, an exhibition featuring globally renowned artists Carly Allen Martin and Erik Skoldberg. Join us to hear from these two highly acclaimed creators what inspires them, showcased in their newest released collections here at Bowie House. 

Carly Allen Martin, DFW Local, explores the depths of emotional landscapes that acknowledges the profound connection between all living beings and the environments we inhabit. Allen Martin is driven by a desire to explore the essence of what it means to be alive-the unknowns, the agony, the ecstasy, and the mystery that define our existence. Growing up on a ranch that has been in her family for four generations, she developed a deep appreciation for the raw textures and energies of the land and its inhabitants. This connection informs her artistic practice. 

Reaching beyond the canvas, Erik Skoldberg's artwork transcends mediums; he has customized everything from surfboards to motorcycles. His work is experience driven and often three-dimensional incorporating everything from Bronco Grilles, Ferrari rims to NFL helmets. Much of his work is interactive, even pouring the perfect shot of liquor. He was even the official artist for the well known brand Adidas, and has collaborated with luxury brands who share his ethos including Hermes, House of Creed and British Customs for Triumph Motorcycles. His desire to bring memories to the forefront with physical objects and abstract backgrounds has gained his love worldwide.
