This free, 2-week, 2 hours per week, program is for you! Designed to address the four most common memory complaints, you will learn techniques for remembering names and faces, recalling appointments and plans, avoiding misplacing objects, and overcoming those “tip of the tongue” memory slips.

Class will meet on June 17 & 24.

This class is not designed for people who have been diagnosed with dementia or mild cognitive impairment.
