Memory Enhancement Training 4/15/2025 - 4/22/2025

Wondering why you walked into a room? Can’t find your phone?

This free, 2-week, 2 hours per week, program is for you! Designed to address the four most common memory complaints, you will learn techniques for remembering names and faces, recalling appointments and plans, avoiding misplacing objects, and overcoming those “tip of the tongue” memory slips.

Class will meet on April 15 & 22.

This class is not designed for people who have been diangnosed with dementia or mild cognitive impairment.
