Memory Care Support: Transitions & Life Changes: Supports for the Journey

This 6-week series is designed for caregivers caring for a loved one with memory loss. We will walk through many aspects of this journey with you, from learning the basics of memory loss and dementia to end of life planning. We will help you understand the changes that are occurring with your loved one and how to address them without forgetting your own self-care! In the process, you will also become a certified Dementia Friend, an important member of the community who can help destigmatize dementia and make difference in the lives of those experiencing memory loss.
