The Memory Care Café is a place where people with memory loss or impairment and their carers can come together for afternoon tea and connection. The success of the Memory Café program at Hurstbridge Community Hub has seen the service expand to two new locations in Eltham and Diamond Creek.We have free open days for our two new cafés in light of Dementia Action Week in September. Come and join us for a chat and a cuppa.
We look forward to seeing Councillor Natalie Duffy at our Diamond Creek Open Day.
