We understand individuals' challenges with dementia and other cognitive difficulties. That's why we have taken a proactive approach to support our community with a Memory Café. This inclusive space is a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals with dementia and their caregivers to connect with others. It offers a safe and friendly atmosphere where meaningful interactions can occur, fostering a sense of belonging and reducing feelings of isolation.
