Memories Scotland – Social Reminiscence and Memory Group

The Memories Scotland group at The Mitchell Library offers a relaxed chat about days gone by over a cup of tea or coffee. Everyone is welcome, wherever you’re from and however you’re feeling. You can bring someone with you, or just bring yourself. The sessions are dementia‑friendly, easy to take part in, and completely free.
