Join Travis Manion Foundation and the Phoenix Chapter in honoring SO1 Kevin R Ebbert, USN through sweat. Kevin was killed during combat operations on November 24th, 2012 while on his second combat deployment to Afghanistan as a combat corpsman with SEAL Team Four.
We'll come together on this 12th Anniversary of Kevin's death to preserve his memory and to honor his sacrifice to our great nation.
The workout will consist of the following:
3 Rounds
32 Burpees
32 V-Ups
800m weighted run w/vest or ruck
