Memorial Tree

To honor those we’ve lost and to support those still with us, Maplewood is hosting a Memorial Christmas Tree fundraiser. For a minimum donation of $10, we will proudly display a memorial ornament in your loved one’s name on our beautifully decorated tree—keeping your loved one’s memory alive and shining throughout the season.
All proceeds will go directly to our Resident Council, empowering them to purchase the items which offer small comfort and helps make Maplewood feel more like home.
Donate $10 per ornament in memory of your loved one.
An ornament will be supplied or you may bring an ornament to Maplewood’s activity room.
After the season, you may collect your ornament between January 11th and January 16th.
