Though I did not have the privilege of meeting Kyle personally, I have heard only praise from those who worked alongside him. He began his career in the towing industry at the young age of 18 in Nevada, however Kyle grew up in this industry like many of us towers. He never had a doubt in his mind when it came to this lifestyle, towing was in his blood. Kyle had many more vehicles to tow and tons of more places to see. He was excited to advance to a heavy operator soon and B&W knew that he would excel at that as well. Kyle leaves behind a loving wife and two young children who are now facing this unimaginable loss.
The towing community is a brotherhood that transcends competition and challenges. Now, more than ever, we must come together to support B&W while respecting their need for privacy during this difficult time. Kyle's impact on his colleagues and friends is profound, and we can only imagine their grief.
In honor of Kyle, we are organizing a procession ride on October 5, 2024, starting at Lake View Park, 1304 7th St N in Nampa, ID, and ending at Kristin Armstrong Park, 500 S Walnut St Boise, ID. We are asking everyone to start showing up around 9:30 am as we will be leaving at 10am sharp. ISP has let us know they will be providing us with an escort from Nampa all the way to Boise. Please RSVP by replying to this post, emailing me directly or sending us a message. Please include the number of trucks you plan to bring. I will upload pictures of our planned route, and parking areas for each park.
We are asking for donations during this ride, but they are not required to participate. ACT Towing will be pledging to donate $25 per truck that we bring to the precession. Another option for donations would be per company. These donations will help gather more funds for Kyle's family. All funds raised are going 100% to his wife and children. Donations can be cash or via GoFundMe. Currently a GoFundMe has already been created and I have listed the link below.
Thank you for your support during this challenging time. Your presence can make a significant difference for Kyle’s family and our community.
