Vicki was the daughter of the late Jodis Chessie Hopper and Florene Bullard Legacy.com. She shared 46 years of marriage with her husband, Claude Redding Legacy.com. She was a gifted artist with a special talent for bringing beauty to life through her work, teaching art classes for many years and creating notable mural paintings that reflected her creative spirit Legacy.com.

Funeral Arrangements
In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place. A memorial service will be scheduled and announced by the family at a later date Legacy.com.
