We are stronger than we think. We have business owners, families, neighbors, friends, and community right here in our own backyard — and it is time we show up for each other.

Salem Family Day is a free, all-day community celebration at Riverfront Park on Memorial Day Sunday, May 24th. No tickets. No dress code. Just Salem coming together the way we always should.

Bring your blankets. Bring your lawn chairs. Bring your small personal grill and cook out in the sun. Let the kids run to the splash pad. Set up a game with your family. Meet your neighbor. Connect with a local business owner. Bond with people you already know and make friends with people you don't yet.

This is not a concert. This is not a festival. This is Salem proving that we are a community — and that we take care of our own.

WHAT TO BRING: (Think Picnic or Beach Day)

• Lawn games ... the bigger the better
• Bring your giant Jenga, cornhole, dominoes, cards
• Blankets and lawn chairs
• Your small personal BBQ grill + a grill stand
• Your appetite, snacks, and your whole family
• A business card if you own a business , come network !
• Good energy and an open heart.
• Small Speakers to enjoy your music.
