About this Event

Come and enjoy this guided meditation and breath work session by the lake. We will collectively open up our hearts and allow the vibrations to fill up our space.

Our Soundbath meditation sessions are great for new and experienced meditators. Whether you lie down, sit or even fall into a blissful sleep, you will obtain all of the amazing benefits of the healing frequencies from the Lake, Crystal sound bowls, Gongs, Ocean drum, and other vibrational sounds. We’ll be by the lake welcoming in the vibrations of the elements Earth, Water & Air (along with my fire energy.) We’ll also be welcoming in the harmonizing beautiful sounds of nature while connecting and grounding.

We will release old energies that no longer serves us as we open up our hearts to surrender and flow into our Divine Sacred Journeys…

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, journal, pen and pillow. ✨✨✨✨
