Memorial Day Sound Bath

Group experiences sound healing session together. Lay down and soak in your relaxation. Come expecting to relax and find healing. Experience the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, handheld drums, and other instruments during the session. Studies have shown Sound Baths create an environment for relaxation which can reduce anxiety, tension, anger, confusion, pain, and sleep disturbances, in addition to many other health benefits. In a state of deep relaxation, the body is able to begin healing itself. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket, if you wish. We do have some to borrow, if needed. Sound is played for approximatley 60 minutes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can ensure the session starts on time without interruptions.
