Their courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to protecting our freedoms will never be forgotten.
Itinerary:
Respect will be shown at the local cemeteries as follows:
8 AM Memorial Park - Boyne Falls
8:25 AM Memorial Park-Walloon Lake
8:50 AM Evangeline Cemetery
9:15 AM Dyer Cemetery
9:40 AM Lost at Sea / Waterfront Veterans Memorial Park
10:10 AM Advance Cemetery
10:35 AM Wilson Cemetery
10:45 AM Maple Lawn - Boyne City
The procession from the American Legion located at 302 S Lake St will begin at 11:45 AM and conclude at the BCAVM (corner of N Lake and State St) where raising of the flags and ceremonial activities will begin at noon.
Boyne City Area Veterans Memorial committee members will be in light blue short-sleeve shirts and will be available on-site if you have any questions.
