Join us for a special Memorial Day event as we honor the sacrifices of our brave heroes and support our veterans through the Wounded Warrior Project. We invite participants of all fitness levels to take part in the renowned Murph Challenge, a challenging workout named in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who gave his life serving our country.The Murph Challenge consists of:
1-mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
(modifications as needed)
Included in the $20 entry fee you will earn a special edition t-shirt for completing this honoring workout and a donation to the Wounded Warrior Project.
