Join us on May 25 at 4PM for a modified Murph Challenge.
The Murph Challenge is held in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a U.S. Navy SEAL who was killed in action in Afghanistan, and is traditionally completed on Memorial Day as a way to recognize sacrifice and service.
We’ll be taking on a modified version as a group: a 1 mile run, followed by 10 rounds of 10 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, and 30 air squats, and finishing with another 1 mile run.
