Want to help but need help figuring out how? We have 2 upcoming opportunities for your help! 1. Memorabilia Drop-off: Anytime on Thursday, 9/26, during business hours. We will not accept drop-offs that are not clearly labeled and in a sealed container. Ask for Amber Hunsucker.
2. Decor Assembly Crew: On Thursday, 9/26, at 4 p.m., we are gathering a crew to put together decorations stuff bags, and prepare for the weekend events. This is a come-and-go event starting at 4 p.m. in the party rental rooms inside of Main Event on Memorial Rd.
**Table Sponsors: if you would like to add anything to our swag bags, we can make that happen at the drop-off point! Please ensure you have enough items to stuff around 50 bags**
