Happy Rundays Club is all about getting you stronger, fitter & more resilient in a supportive community of people. The HRC membership programme focuses on running, strength, physical/mental wellbeing and human connection/community.
This event is an opportunity to find out more about HRC, what exactly membership offers and how it can support you in 2026 to achieve all of your goals. Membership opens at the end of Jan.
We’ll meet at 9AM on Yarnfield Parkway by the basketball court, have a walk around the village and I’ll answer any questions. I get that signing up to any self-development programme is a commitment and this is your chance to get comfortable HRC is for you.
