Membership meeting with Ken Schramm - Take a ride on the Rapid Railway through New Baltimore The New Baltimore Historical Society will host Ken Schramm, an Interurban railroad historian. During the years, 1898-1930, New Baltimore was on the route of the railroad, with the depot on the corner of Blackwell and Green. Named the D. U. R., the Detroit Urban Railroad, the passenger train traveled between Detroit and Port Huron.
Mr. Schramm, the son of an employee of the Detroit streetcars in the past.
It will be on Monday November 10th at 7 p.m. at the Civic Club 36551 Main Street
