Step back in time as we continue the centennial celebration of the Lenexa Chamber at our June luncheon, with a look at the world in 1925 -- the year it all began.Join us for an afternoon of history, celebration, and community as we reflect on the era that shaped our roots with guest speaker Dr. Christopher Warren, JD, PhD, Vice President of Curatorial Affairs and Chief Curator at the National WWI Museum and Memorial, who will explore the profound impact of the Great War on Kansas City, Johnson County, and the surrounding region.
With compelling stories and vivid visuals, Dr. Warren will explore the sweeping social, cultural, and political shifts that followed World War I. Learn how people navigated a rapidly changing world --and how those transformative years helped lay the foundation for Lenexa and its neighboring communities.
