The position:
• Work primarily from home on our call center team
• Help members navigate their benefits
• Extensive paid training to prepare you for the role
• Shifts are 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Pay starts at $20 per hour
