Member Night: Tango’s Birthday Party is an exclusive members-only event celebrating our beloved mascot, Tango the tiger!
Join us on August 13 from 5pm to 8pm for a birthday celebration filled with family fun, music, and exclusive member perks. Enjoy FREE Virginia Zoo Express train rides, FREE bounce house access, and FREE Mini Melts for the first 1,000 guests. Meet Tango and other Hampton Roads mascots, dance along with our DJ, and explore the Zoo’s trails after hours. Along the way, discover our animal birthday signs and see which Zoo resident celebrates during the same month as you! Fairy hair, face painting, and party favors will also be available for purchase.
No advanced reservations are required, but attendees must show their Member ID upon arrival. Gates will open at 5pm and the event ends at 8pm. The event will take place rain or shine.
