Join By Hands Seeds for an afternoon of melon, onion and barley sampling along with participatory seed saving, and a closer look at how seeds and flavors adapt to place. Taste lots of diverse varieties in a side-by-side comparison to sample flavors and textures, learn about seed saving and regional adaptation, and participate in some interactive plant breeding by helping us select which seeds to save.
