Melodies for Mom: Mother's Day Sound Bath

This hour-long sound bath will celebrate and honor the mother figures in your life past or present through sound meditation. Whether you're a mom, grandmom, fur-mom, or honoring a mother who is not with you- this event is perfect for you!

The sound bath will start with a short guided breathing technique to help you ground and connect with your heart space. Then you will drift into an ocean of sounds with periods of soft silence. The vibrations help shift the brain and body into a more relaxed state. Grab your family and friends, and start your morning softly with soothing melodies.

Bring your yoga mat, a cozy blanket, a small pillow, and any other props to create a cozy nest for yourself. Reclined, seated and chair options are welcome.

No prior experience is necessary.

Class sizes are small and individualized. Wear clothing that you are comfortable lying down in. This event is not suitable for children.
