Practice will begin with setting up intentions and engage in a guided deep breathing accompanied by music. We sync our breath with the rhythm and energy of thee music, allowing emotions and energy flow through us unrestricted, unlocking inner experiences that are often inaccessible. We will follow with Holotropic Breathwork, a technique that involves deep, rhythmic intense breathing to achieve altered states of consciousness. Holotropic breathwork can benefit with enhanced self awareness, emotional healing, self-discovery, and spiritual growth.
Things to bring:

The workshop is $20-40 sliding scale (cash/check at door)
