Go with the mellow flow at this moonlit yoga session under the stars, which shine brighter in Paradise Valley due to the town’s low light pollution. Relax and unwind with deliberately slow and gentle movement while you admire the dramatic Camelback Mountain views and the waxing gibbous moon (a bright, 99.5% full moon). After 45 minutes of yoga, wind down the night with a 30-minute sound healing session featuring Tibetan singing bowls to create vibrations that will relax body and mind, paired with a celestial meditation.
