This class focuses on blending movement, breath, and awareness. Jillian will offer students the opportunity to balance their strength and their flexibility all while using a variety of props and even chairs. Students of all levels and ages are encouraged to attend and participate at their own pace. No former yoga experience is required. Don't let the adaptive nature of this class fool you, Jillian will find a way to challenge you whether it's your first class or 100th.
Kids and babies are welcome to attend although there is no specific childcare attendant available.
