Underland DECOM2025 is here — a chance to unwind, reconnect, and celebrate everything that made Underland what it was. This year’s theme: Striktly Business.
Expect an all-day corporate meltdown disguised as a decompression party. Suits and power ties meet glitter and chaos. Dance floors double as trading floors. Performance reviews are held under disco lights.
This one’s not just about decompression — it’s also a celebration of 10 years of Melburners. A decade of community, art, dust, and questionable decision-making.

Attention Theme Camp Executives, Department Heads, and Chief Vibe Officers — HR is calling you back to the floor.
We’re inviting camps to bring their setups, art, and signature chaos to Underland DECOM2025. Whether it’s a mini version of your Underland build, a DJ, performer, or interactive space, we’d love to see your team’s unique brand of professionalism in action.
Camps are encouraged to:
- Express interest in bringing their camp (or elements of it)
- Nominate one DJ Champion to represent the camp
- Nominate one Volunteer to help keep the business running smoothly
Spaces are limited by venue size, but we’ll do our best to make sure every camp gets its moment to shine in the corporate jungle.
