1. Veg Ma Hor- Caramelised tofu and peanut on sour pineapple
2. Smoked eggplant and chilli on betel leaf
3. Bahn khot, spiced mushroom relish, pickled mushrooms
4. Chargrilled Mock Duck Satay skewers, toasted peanuts, fresh herbs
5. Crispy mock prawns, smoked coconut, sesame, herbs
6. Vietnamese slaw, peanuts, nuoc cham
7. Wok tossed greens, wild mushrooms and ginger
8. Burmese chickpea curry, pickled mustard greens, winter veg
9. Steamed pineapple and sago pudding, lemongrass custard, lychee sorbet
10. Peanut butter and choc fudge brownie, candied peanuts, banana jam
