The @art.of.connection is coming to town!
Tuesday 28th of March from 5.00pm-6.00pm
Come into the heart of the city for a
FREE COMMUNITY CONNECTION WORKSHOP.
You don’t need to bring anything, just yourself!
We’ll be on the grass at the bottom of the stairs,
Next to the Yarra river at

Then go to the big patch of grass.
Harmony Week is to create awareness of our diversity and bring together people from all different backgrounds. It’s about inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone.
To participate, you can wear orange to show your support, or you can attend/host a Harmony Week event- https://www.harmony.gov.au/
This 1hour experience - will also be used to film a short concept reel about the importance of human connection.
Did you know that - 90% of our communication happens beneath our words? This experience explores that!
And you also know that - human connection leads to a longer life span, strengthens our immune system ,can lower anxiety and depression, help us regulate our emotions and can lead to higher self-esteem and empathy.
It’s a fact that in neglecting our need to connect,
