Mei Mei X Castle Island In-Person Dumpling Class

Learn the art of the handmade dumpling with Mei Mei, a two-time winner of Boston’s Best Dumplings from Boston Magazine, hosted by our friends at Castle Island Brewing Co.

Established in 2015, Castle Island Brewing has been producing award-winning beer, including their Hazy IPA. They don't just make incredible beer — they are also using their platform to give back to their local community and beyond.

This class covers everything you need to learn to make delicious dumplings, from hand-folding to learning a perfect pan-searing technique to creating your own dumpling sauce.

This event is 21+. Masks and proof of vaccination are required.

• 1.5 hours of class time with chef-led dumpling folding instruction
