Meghan Barter was born and raised in Key West Florida. She started performing at age five in theater and taught herself guitar at age ten. Meghan then went on to study musical theater at The University of West Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts. During her time there she discovered her voice as a songwriter. After graduation she set out to be a working artist. Meghan has been working professionally as a musician for two years. Singing in local bars , theaters, festivals, and events in Key West. This is her first release as an independent artist and songwriter.
