Can’t believe it’s my 3rd year of owning my small business! Come celebrate with me and our mama village!!! For our mega Celebration we will have sample of 3 of the classes we offer at the parks
Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre & Strides 360.
We have some local vendors so come shop and support our small businesses! There will be a playgroup for the kiddos after workout and a raffle as well! Check below to see how to get tickets!
Schedule for the day
•9AM-Check in with FIT4MOM get raffle tickets
•9:30-9:40AM Warm up starts
•9:40-10:15 sample all our classes
•10:15-10:30AM Stretch and Pelvic floor therapy with @restore_pelvic_therapy
•10:30AM-10:50 playgroup with @fit4mom_alpine_ranchosandiego playgroup captains
•10:50-11:30 coffee and shop
•11:30 Raffle
•12PM End of Celebration
