$40 • 60–90 minutes • 5:00–6:30 PMYour guides are already walking beside you. This gentle, deeply soothing group hypnosis experience helps you meet them in a grounded, safe, and accessible way.
We’ll begin with intention-setting, grounding, and a guided chakra clearing. You’ll learn how intuitive messages actually show up — not just visually, but through feeling, sensing, knowing, or hearing. Every form of connection is valid, and this class honors all intuitive styles.
Before the hypnosis journey begins, we’ll explore:
• How to improve clarity and stay present
• How to connect with guides without fear
• How to release expectations
• Allowing vs. forcing intuitive information
• Listening vs. projecting
• Preparing your mind and nervous system for connection
During the hypnosis, you may:
• Connect with one or more guides
• Receive symbols or messages
• Experience sensations, colors, warmth, or energetic shifts
• Strengthen your trust in your intuitive team
This experience is beginner-friendly, soothing, and supportive. Feel free to sit in one of our semicircle-set chairs or bring a yoga mat if you prefer to lie down.
