In person meeting and also offered by Zoom. How to Grow Native Plants over the Winter with Phil Careless and Matt Ireland plus 45th Anniversary celebration and cake.
Native plants provide food and habitat for wildlife in your yard. Learn about native seed collecting/processing, how to get seeds to germinate (cold stratification) and the many benefits of native plants. Matt and Phil will bring seeds/plants so participants will get some hands-on experience and leave with some seeds of their own.
Non-members are welcome and encouraged to attend, and asked to contribute $5 to help to cover program costs.
