Join colleagues from Rhode Island and across the region for a full day of timely education, practical learning, and meaningful conversations about HIV care, sexual health, and harm reduction.
Enjoy a full day of education at the Rhode Island Nursing Education Center, one of Rhode Island's premier interprofessional healthcare learning environments.
Presented by the Rhode Island Chapter of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (RIANAC) in partnership with Rhode Island College's Zvart Onanian School of Nursing, this educational conference will explore today's evolving landscape of HIV care, sexual health, substance use, harm reduction, and public policy.
Through expert presentations from regional leaders, participants will examine current HIV policy, receive updates on sexually transmitted infections, explore healthy aging with HIV, discuss strategies to reduce stigma, learn about overdose prevention and harm reduction, and participate in meaningful conversations about improving care for individuals and communities affected by HIV.
Designed for healthcare professionals working across a variety of clinical and community settings, this program emphasizes practical, evidence-based strategies that participants can immediately apply in practice.
