Please avoid cross-talk when there is a speaker on stage.
TABLE TOPICS ROUND: participation in this round is up to you. When you raise your hand to volunteer, then you might be picked up to speak in the open round.

Timer cards or flags will be used -- GREEN for minimum, YELLOW for medium, and RED for maximum time limits.
IMPORTANT:
Guests can/may be invited to participate during table topics round
Dress Code: Smart Casuals/Semi-Formal.
No chappals, bum chums, shorts.
