Meet Your State Representatives!

Hosted by the Office of External Vice President, Legislative Affairs Commission, an opportunity through a Q&A styled town hall for members of the UCI community to meet with their State representatives: Senator Dave Min and Assemblywoman Cottie Petrie-Norris!

Date & Time: Friday, October 1st 2021

Location: Crystal Cove Auditorium, UCI Student Center

General event rules:

• Masks are to be worn at all times during the event.
• Minors who are not UCI Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for entry and attendance to the event.
• Everyone in attendance must be respectful. No inappropriate language or engaging in hostile behavior at any point during the town hall. Using inappropriate language and/ engaging in hostile behavior will result in removal from the event.
• Please refrain from using your cellphone and any other devices during the town hall.
• Food consumption will not be allowed during the event. Water or non-alcoholic beverages are permitted.

For live-audience questions:

• Attendees will have an opportunity to ask a question live at the in-person event once a designated staffer has directed them to the podium.
• One question per attendee.
• For social distancing, attendees may not approach the podium in groups. One attendee at the podium at all times.
• Please be respectful of others who want to ask questions as well, please do not ask follow-up questions and/ continue with comments.
