There’s a reason certain animals keep appearing in myths, dreams, meditations and even moments of crisis.
Across many ancient cultures and spiritual traditions, animals were seen as mirrors of human instinct, emotion and intuition each carrying a different kind of wisdom.
In this immersive guided experience, we’ll use meditation, sound healing, visualisation and subconscious journeying techniques to help you connect with the energy of a spirit animal that may have something to teach or reveal to you at this point in your life.
Your spirit animal may represent:
- Protection
- Courage
- Transformation
- Boundaries
- Freedom
- Sensitivity
- Leadership
- Playfulness
- Intuition
- Survival instincts
Sometimes the animal that appears reflects who you truly are beneath conditioning.
Sometimes it represents a lesson your soul is currently learning.
And sometimes… it arrives simply as a reminder that nature has always been trying to speak to us.
During this session we will:
- Begin with grounding breathwork and relaxation
- Drop into a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal bowls, chimes and healing frequencies
- Explore a guided visualisation journey
- Connect with symbolism, instinct and the subconscious mind
- Reflect on what your animal may be trying to show you
- Leave feeling calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself
No experience is needed - just come with an open mind and allow yourself to relax.
