Local vendors participating in this event operate independently from Planet 13 and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Planet 13 products or services. Vendors set up outside the premises are open to the general public. No medical cannabis card is required to visit outdoor vendor areas.

Access to the interior of Planet 13 is limited to registered Florida medical cannabis patients and their caregivers in accordance with DOH/OMMU regulations.

Patients must be 18 years of age or older and present a valid medical cannabis card along with a government-issued photo ID to enter and make purchases. All in-store promotions, activities, and purchases are subject to state and local regulations. Medicating on premises is prohibited where restricted by law
